Bawarchi Biryani House (BBH) is a Food chain start ups under umbrella of TNT Fusion Food Ventures The Venture is focusing on fresh, authentic, premium Biryani of East, North and South from the house BBH. The proprietor is Anusuya Saha, a passionate Chef for various food delicacies of Eastern region including other geographies like North and Southern part of the Country.
BBH adheres stringent Quality standards starting from inception of incoming raw materials, producing the prepared food delicacies as per the defined recipe, laid down standards and delivering the authentic prepared foods to our valued consumers. BBH also focuses on highest level of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) ensuring food safety standards at every steps of manufacturing process.
The Venture is established under the guidance of seasoned Food Technologist Tapomay Saha having 28 years of rich experience in areas of Operations, Quality, R&D in professional organisation/MNCs. The venture aims to be an established player in the nishe Biryani market segment and having plans expand the food chain in Delhi/ NCR.
